Resting,
Waiting,
Watching

In a room
Looking at a emotionless ceiling
Irregular and Cracked
But still a perfect shade of asylum white

No thoughts come to mind
The room darkens…

Orbs of light come out of the shadows
Floating, restlessly
Trying to lessen their obscurity

Almost comforting, I fall into deep slumber
Indulging within my fantasy
Waiting for the morning sun
